Suncoast Site Development is a full service site development - utility contractor located in Tampa, Florida. Our main focus of work is in the Tampa Bay area (Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk Counties). Our Owner, Rich Bolesta is licensed with the state of Florida as an underground utility and excavation contractor (CUC1226069), and also holds a state fire license class V. With 23+ years of experience running two other site companies Rich decided to take the leap and start his own company with his son Tyler and together they provide the same leadership and integrity that Rich implemented at his previous companies. At Suncoast we deliver an A to Z approach starting with the bidding process to the final close-out of each project. Our goal is to make the experience as professional and pleasurable as possible.
